You may use your access to student records only for transactions and students specifically assigned to you.
You may not share your access to student records with anyone else.

Complete access to students' academic records is limited to faculty serving as their advisors and those responsible for managing their academic program. Access for class roster and grading purposes is limited to instructors of record for the class or to proxies serving according to the subject code of the class.
These limitations hold true even though you may be able to access the records of other students. Access to student records is only allowed for faculty/staff with a legitimate educational interest, which specifically excludes mere personal interest or curiosity.
Individuals using the online system without authority, or in excess of their authority, are subject to having all of their activities on the system monitored and recorded. In the course of monitoring individuals improperly using the system, or in the course of system maintenance, the activities of authorized users may also be monitored. Anyone using this system expressly consents to such monitoring and is advised that any resulting evidence of criminal activity will be made available to law enforcement officials.
